"3M was very pleased to have the schools of the Twin Cities Adult Education Alliance visit for an education fair in 2006. We received such positive feedback from both employees and the schools involved that we plan to repeat the event at least every other year. Working with the TCAEA made organizing the fair very easy for us and we greatly appreciate the enthusiasm and hard work of the TCAEA coordinators and the school representatives."

“When we were contacted by the TCAEA about hosting an education fair we thought it'd be a great opportunity to help our employees continue their education and advertise our tuition reimbursement program. Employees who attended were energized about getting back to school and expressed appreciation for the extra interest we showed in their development. We look forward to making this an annual event.”
